Gov Buni lost elder brother

Governor Mai Mala Buni has lost his elder brother and the Village Head Buni Gari, Alhaji Fantami Mala. Late Mala is the 11th Village Head of Buni. Before his demise yesterday at the Yobe State Teaching Hospital, Damaturu, Fantami Mala suffered from protracted illness and has being on admission at the hospital.

His funeral prayers was attended by the state Deputy Governor, Idi Barde Gubana, Yobe State Police Commissioner, two emirs and hundreds of people. The deceased left behind two wives and 13 children.

DESERT HERALD publisher, Mallam Tukur Mamu has condoled with governor of the State and the brother of the deceased local chief, Governor Mai Mala Buni for the great lost. He pray to Allah to grant Aljanna to late Fantami and for the family to bear the great lost.
