FINTIRI SHINES AGAIN: Governor Unleashes 13 Massive Legacy Projects After Historic 3-Day Marathon Exco Meeting

Adamawa Witnesses Fresh Wave Of Development From Yola To Madagali

In a powerful display of visionary leadership, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has once again proven why he is called the Project Master.

After three consecutive days of intensive Executive Council meetings at the Government House Yola, the Governor has approved a tsunami of massive, people-centered projects that cut across education, healthcare, roads, electrification and urban renewal.

The approvals have thrown the entire state into jubilation.

In the education sector, succour has finally come for students as government will construct eleven brand new hostels across all five tertiary institutions owned by the Adamawa State Government.

For the health sector, it is a double blessing. The Lamurde Cottage Hospital and its staff quarters will be fully rehabilitated, while the state will procure world-class medical equipment including a modern Ultrasound Scan, FibroScan and a modern Dialysis Machine to boost specialized healthcare delivery.

On road infrastructure, the story is even bigger. A new lease of life is coming to the northern zone with the construction of Gulak Township Roads, internal roads at the College of Innovation in Gulak and Shuwa Township Roads. The administration will also build a modern road network and stormwater drainages at the famous Mubi Cattle Market and at the New Building Materials Market along Numan Road.

To light up the state and secure lives and property, Governor Fintiri has approved the procurement and installation of solar-powered street lights on the 21km Super Highway and the Malkohi 1000 Housing Estate.

In a massive push to end perennial flooding, stormwater drainages will be constructed at Unguwan Magaji in Yola, around the New Stadium extending to Rumde Baru and Jambutu communities, and at the new NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Malkohi.

And for rural communities, hope has come. Electricity will be extended to Bengo Community in Fufore, while electrical equipment from Uba to Michika to Madagali will be fully rehabilitated.

The Council also approved the Supplementary Budget memo to ensure speedy execution of all projects.

With this historic blitz, Governor Fintiri has once again shown that his Fresh Air administration is not just talking development, it is delivering development in every corner of Adamawa.

It is indeed a fresh air of progress for all.

God Bless Adamawa State and Governor Fintiri.
