MAAUN President, Dr. Gwarzo congratulates Nursing Students of the Varsity
The President and Founder of Maryam Abacha American University of Niger, Prof Adamu Abubakar-Gwarzo, has on behalf of the University management, staff and entire University community congratulated the students of University who have been inducted into the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
The congratulatory message was contained in a press statement signed by the President and Founder of the University, Prof Adamu Abubakar-Gwarzo and made available to newsmen in Kano.
According to him, the event was another memorable day in the annals of the Maryam Abacha American University of Niger, where ‘we all converged to felicitate with the recently inducted students who set a record of 85 per cent success (Foreign Trained Nurses) during the council examination.
Abubakar-Gwarzo also expressed the university’s appreciation to the Executive Secretary General/Registrar, the entire staff of NMCN for the successful induction of MAAUN students and those from other universities into the reputable and prestigious Council.
He particularly thanked the council for creating the knowledge-based Resources and the enabling environment for students performance which resulted in the successful induction of MAAUN students as bonafide registered/licenced members of the council (NMCN).
“Everyone wants success but it only follows those who make a true approach to get it. You know that hardwork and dedication have destination which is success.
