Southern Nigerian Garrison Churches In Northern Villages

I have observed that in every village along Kano to Abuja highway there is a new church. Even if there is no single christian in a village, they will build a church and bring one or two christian family from somewhere to live in the village. Each of this occupy-and-control new churches are built near the road with huge signboards announcing their presence and denomination. These new churches without native worshippers are mostly built by Southern Nigerian Christians.

I carefully monitored the development of these churches over the years. Initially, they were built only where there is police station or military barrack, but recently they are sprouting where there is no security. They usually start manifesting densily around major city satellite towns then spread outward. They buy large track of land in anticipation of population transfer and population dumping.

This development began around the period when southern Christians started fake campaign that Northern leaders wanted to islamize Nigeria, that is the late eighties when the Southern pentecostal churches were gaining strength in their crusades and televangelism. Clearly, when they talk about Islamization, it is the opposite that is happening.

They plan to occupy every village in the North, buy land, inject money to dominate the economic life of the villagers and through a long term process of economic manipulation and insidious show of kindness turn the villagers into Christians. If that did not happen, they will promote rapid birth and population increment to dominate the native population.

My observation shows me how rapidly, the women transported and implanted in those outpost reproduce. Every married woman above 40 has over five children. This can be confirmed.

These occupying churches from the South serve several purposes at once. The most obvious is the spread of Christianity in addition to creating an impression that Christianity is conquering the North.

Other quite sinister purposes include, intelligence gathering about the condition of Muslim life with a view to finding opportunity for destabilization and infiltration. They serve a love ng term purpose of economic domination through buying up land and controlling agriculture, beside political campaign to spread ideas favourable to southern politicians.

These churches are funded directly from Southern Nigeria. Many of their ministering pastors also engage in abduction of both christian and Muslim children of the North. I remember how they used to take Hausa Christian children from Makarfi area down the south in the name of education, but ended up enslaving them.

Newspapers and the social media abound with cases of abduction of Northern children of which most of the acts are perpetrated by pastors of these churches. These churches serve as garrison establishment to hold and guard conquered territories. They are also to serve as pocket of resistance in case of conflict between the North and the South.

These Southern churches are both security and economic war facilities at the incipient stage of development. In fact, I am not discounting the possibility or arms stockpiles in several of these Southern churches. The authority need to conduct search operation in those facilities.

I have always suspected the Southern Nigerians whenever they start any chorus about an issue. If you hear the cry of Islamization from them and their hapless Northern colaborators , they are implementing Christianization. If you hear them shouting about massacre of their people, they are either planning or have already executed the plan of killing Northerners somewhere in their land.

If you hear them mouthing marginalization, massive employment in which they dominated had happened somewhere. That is their mode of operation, raising up cry to cover up their plans and atrocities and to deflect attention from their acts.

Northerners, both Christians and Muslims, must be watchful of this cancer slowly spreading in the North. Christians of the North should build their own churches and Muslims must stop accepting churches from strangers.

These are not churches, but occupation facilities. Obasanjo in a meeting with his Southern christian leaders once declared “we have surprised them” after the North handed power to him. They must never surprise us about this.
